Overview

A rebuild, not a redesign

Autara Studio will rebuild tazio.io on Next.js with a Sanity CMS, keeping the Tazio brand identity, for launch on 27 November 2026.

  1. 01

    What changes

The site is restructured around five modules: Sift, Engage, Assess, Interview and Event. The Vero brand is retired, use-case pages fold into solution pages, and every page gets new copy.

  2. 02

    How it's built

On a staging domain alongside the live site, with the domain switched over on launch day. You can review progress on staging at any time.

  3. 03

    Design approach

Designed directly on the staging site in the existing look and feel. No separate Figma stage, so you review real pages rather than mockups.

  4. 04

    Why not Webflow

Webflow can't stage a rebuild without a second project, so the effort is the same with a weaker editor. Next.js and Sanity give a faster, accessible site and a page builder you can use without us.

Scope of work

From handover pack to live site

Twelve workstreams cover everything needed: about 27 pages on nine templates, plus the migrated blog.

  1. 01

    Project setup

    • Next.js project, Sanity Studio and Vercel hosting, with a password-protected staging domain for review.
    • Access set up for Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager and the current Webflow project.
  2. 02

Design, on staging, in the existing identity

    • Nine templates: Homepage, Module page, Solution page, Case study, Standard page, Blog listing, Blog article, Contact, Legal.
    • Same colours, typography and logo as today, with updated layout, spacing and imagery. Desktop-first, fully responsive.
    • Two rounds of revisions per template before design sign-off.
  3. 03

    Build

    • About 27 pages across the nine templates, listed below.
    • Every section built as a reusable block so pages share one consistent system.
  4. 04

    CMS, Sanity

    • Every page editable by Tazio: headings, copy, images, FAQs, proof figures, calls to action.
    • SEO fields on every page: title, meta description, social image, canonical URL, no-index toggle.
    • Page builder with pre-styled sections, so Tazio can create new landing, module or solution pages without Autara.
    • Navigation, footer, utility links, forms and site settings editable in one place.
  5. 05

    Content entry

    • Autara loads all copy, images, FAQs, metadata and calls to action for every page from Miles's Google Docs.
  6. 06

    Blog migration

    • Every existing article Tazio keeps, up to the current 62, with images, dates, categories and URLs preserved.
    • Pruned articles redirect to the nearest related article or the blog home.
  7. 07

    Redirects and SEO

    • Permanent redirects for roughly 50 retired URLs: Vero, product, use-case and legacy sections, pruned posts.
    • Established search terms kept in headings and metadata on each module page.
    • XML sitemap, robots file and structured data, submitted to Google and Bing.
    • Search Console access for Miles, and a crawl and redirect check in the first week after launch.
  8. 08

    Integrations

    • Contact and Book a demo form submitting into HubSpot, routed to Justin.
    • HubSpot tracking and chat, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Ads tag carried over.
    • Cookie consent banner with consent mode, so tags only fire once a visitor agrees.
  9. 09

    Analytics

    • Bot and internal traffic filtered out of GA4 before launch, so results can be measured against today's baseline.
    • Form submission and demo request goals set up, with staging traffic excluded.
  10. 10

    Accessibility and performance

    • WCAG 2.2 AA across all templates, checked with automated and manual testing.
    • Core Web Vitals passing on mobile, tablet and desktop, with image optimisation, lazy loading and self-hosted fonts.
  11. 11

    Testing and launch

    • Mobile, tablet, desktop and the main browsers. Every redirect. Forms end to end into HubSpot. Analytics firing.
    • Go-live: domain switched, SSL, redirect map live, search engines notified. 30 days of post-launch fixes included.
  12. 12

    Training and handover

    • Short videos: editing a page, adding a blog post, building a new page, SEO fields, publishing.
    • One live walkthrough call. The videos stay available for anyone who joins the team later.
